One of the toys that we can honestly say transformed the toy culture are the Bearbricks. Their cuteness makes them easily acceptable to a wide audience plus having worked with many high profile artist and designers helps boost their popularity as well. As an Italian confectionery company, Babbi opened its first doors in Japan in 2002. Its craft of making chocolates, gelato and wafer treats would gain them Japan-wide popularity. This popularity has been translated into a set of Bearbricks from Medicom Toys. The flat black paint includes silver print to create the facial features.
